1. Digital Products

All products sold on ByTechHatch are digital downloads (ZIP files, PDFs, templates). No physical products will be shipped. After successful payment verification, download links will be available in your account and via email.

Some products are delivered as a Google Drive folder link, not as a direct download from your account.

2. License

Unless stated otherwise on the product page:

Personal Use: You may use the files for your own personal projects.
Commercial Use: Check the individual product page for commercial license terms.
Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw files publicly.

3. Payments

We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, direct bank transfer, and other methods shown at checkout. For manual payments, your order will be processed after payment verification.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
