Refund Policy for Digital Products

At ByTechHatch, we want you to be satisfied with your digital product purchases.
1. Digital Nature
Because our products are digital files, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed.
2. When Refunds Are Considered
We will review refund requests in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted and cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 7 days.
- The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page.
- Duplicate purchase (you bought the same product twice by mistake).
Refunds are issued through the same payment method you used.
3. How to Request
Contact us within 14 days of purchase via our Contact page with your order number (or the WhatsApp number you ordered from) and the reason.
4. Free Products
Free downloads are provided as-is with no warranty.
5. Orders Placed on WhatsApp
Paid packs are ordered on WhatsApp at +92 331 2004401. We confirm the price and payment method in the chat, and the download link is sent there once payment is received. The same refund rules above apply to these orders.
